- Prices start outside of the Summer season from £750 Per Week rising to £1375 Per week in the peak season.
- Air conditioning/heating Extra charge of £60 Per week.
- High chairs/cots available for hire at £25 Per week each item.
- Supplement more than 8 staying of £45 per week per person. This does not include small children.
- A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking payable within 7 days of the confirmation letter.
- We have a rental Agreement and booking forms that determine whether or not the booking is acceptable.
- A £250 Breakage deposit is payable with the balance of payment. This will be returned assuming there are no breakages reported by our staff.
Occasionally we may have offers on certain periods/dates. This is due to any late cancellations we may get close to the vacation dates. Should this occur we may offer a discounts because the original renter lost there deposit or balance of payment. For details email us and ask what dates are available. We will then consider any discounts that maybe available at the time of your enquiry. You are advised to that out any available dates first at the availability section of this web site.
We may let the villa on a long let basis, during the Winter months normally between November – March. Because of past experience with tenants changing their minds at the last minute we ask that tenants pay three months rental in advance, or the whole period when booking. This is necessary as we could have let the dates before the tenant cancelled, and consequently losing any rental income during these periods completely.
