Patio
Built into the garden area is a 500 m2 tiled patio area. It houses the kidney shaped pool (6.6Ft deep end and 3.6 Shallow end) with steps to walk in and out of. Next to that is an outside Childrens Play pool/spa. This can also be used as a children’s play pool for the younger ones. Opposite that is the children’s play area/pit. That has a double swing, slide and playhouse with the toys. The total outside living area in encased behind a small balustraded wall. There is a Pergola (waterproofed) for al-fresco dining in Spanish stone that seats 12 easily. This is next to a large brick built BBQ. The whole patio lights up at night along with the pool. There is one switch that controls the all the lights as you go in the villa for the night.
The rest of the external area is gravelled with planted palm trees, firs and fruit trees. The garden is approximately 175 meters in length with external seats scattered around, if you want some quiet periods.
The front gates have a canopy over the top and lights at light. There is an electronic intercom into the villa and electric gates which are controlled from inside the villa or a fob key.
