- Rental prices start from £750 out of the main season rising to £1375 Per Week at the peak season.
- A deposit of 25% is required along with the completed booking form within 7 days of the booking. If the booking form is acceptable and you have arranged your own personal and accident insurance we will confirm your booking in writing.
- There are extra charges for the air conditioning/heating of £60 Per Week.
- We have a limited amount of high chairs and cots that can be hired for £25 Per Week each item.
- There is a supplement of £25 per adult per week extra over 8 adults. This will not apply to small children.
- A breakage deposit of £250 will be added to the balance of payment. This is returnable when you return, assuming there are no breakages (small items such as the odd glas etc will not be charged).
- The balance of the charge will be due 8 weeks before you travel.
- We have a rental Agreement that we will ask you to sign prior to booking.
